Applications: A very warm, spicy oil; use with caution and in moderation. Dilute with Message Oil before topical application and for analgesic massage. Diffuse for short intervals throughout the day. Add 4-5 drops to 1 cup of TRUessence Dead Sea Salt for a hot bath. Listed GRAS; wonderful when used as flavoring for food. Add 1-2 drops to a glass of water for a gargle. Place 1-2 drops on a cotton swab and apply to canker sore or painful tooth. Use in gel capsules with Message Oil and ingest for digestive and respiratory complaints or to aid in parasite elimination.

Responsible Cautions: Less is definitely more with this oil. Due to the ?heat? of Clove Bud, it can irritate the skin and mucous membranes and should always be diluted with Message Oil when used externally. When taking internally, always use in gel capsules, and only in moderation. Should be avoided by those on prescription blood thinners such as Coumadin due to its blood-thinning properties. Avoid during pregnancy; may be used as an aid to childbirth only under the direction of a trained professional.
